Guest TheDeerHunter
Does anyone know where to send a gun off to get dipped in camoflauge? How long does it take? How much is it? And is it worth it, does it last or eventually wear or flake off?
tedicast
Re: Gun Dipping/Camoflauging a gun I was thinking of having an Encore barrel dipped. I heard good results from K&D Gumsmithing Here is a link on the Bellm TC's forum, of an Encore K&D camo'd. Hope this helps
Strut10
Re: Gun Dipping/Camoflauging a gun They list that service in the Nite Lite Catalog. I can't find it on the website. but I'm sure you could call them about it. They get right around $200 for it, I believe.

slaw
Re: Gun Dipping/Camoflauging a gun for less than 100 more you can buy a mossberg 835, 31/2 mag already camoed out..
snapper
Re: Gun Dipping/Camoflauging a gun Its def. cheaper to buy a gun already camoed...but if you don't have the funds to buy a new gun and already have a gun not in camo...it could be money well spent. Just depends on what you want. I had my 870 dipped and love the results...now I didn't pay that kind of money and really can't help with any info. on where I had mine done. dogdoc
Re: Gun Dipping/Camoflauging a gun for about 5 bucks you can always buy some camo gun tape and put that on your gun--just a thought!
tedicast
Re: Gun Dipping/Camoflauging a gun On the K&D gunsmithing website, that I linked to in my previous post, they quote $185 for a complete shotgun.
