Turkeygirl
With my supervisor for this semester. It was mid-evals and she said I'm doing great, she doesn't see any problems. I had a B+ at mid-term (although a nasty 69 on the last exam would probably bring that down a little, but I'm not letting that happen again). She also said I'm already being a good patient advocate:D Basically during the beginning of clinical in the nursing home, I witnessed a nurse not be very nice to a client in a wheel chair and I told my advisor about it. I can't believe a nurse, trained to take care of people, can be so harsh! I love caring for people. Now if only the turkeys cared for me and would come by when I'm hunting, lol:p:rolleyes:
OJR
Ruth, that sounds great! Keep it up! As to the turkeys, that is why they are called turkeys! LOL!!

You will be amazed just how many nurses there are in the field who are there just for a job Ruth and really care less about the people they are supposed to care for. Really is very sad. There is such a desperate shortage of nurses though that some employers are forced to do what they have to just to keep staff:(
