wtnhunt
Maybe for the remainder of the season:(. Sitting out this morning in the wind not seeing anything but turkeys, I had my bow on the hanger in front of me, and I just happened to notice it has a crack in the inside corner of the lower limb just above the cam. Dont think it was there last time I shot last week, but I might have missed it as it is in a spot where the camo has it hidden in a dark area. Kind of disgusted ended up just going on and getting down, figure I will check cams here after getting a bite to eat. Sent pse a message, hopefully they can come up with a replacement limb for my bow.
LifeNRA
That sucks William, hopefully PSE can get you back soon!
KirkV
Thats a real bummer but better to find it now than have the bow explode in your face and possibly getting hurt! I hope it works out for you. Kirk
Turkeygirl
Wow, that stinks but I'm glad you found the crack before instead of after a shot when something badm ay have happened! Hope PSE comes through for ya!
rhine16
Oh that's terrible. Hopefully they will replace your limb and you can be back in business soon.
Guest Finn
Dang....hope they replace it for you, and quickly. Glad you saw if before it broke when drawing it.
Guest bigalt78
same thing happened to me with my old mathews ultra light sorry to say it but dont count on a fast recovery of your bow. it took forever but i did it through my local archery shop so that might have been why. but it was cool cuz my mathews had the old school paint job on it and they hooked it up with the old paint and everything. dogdoc
i shoot an AR34 and have had to return it to PSE after having it one year--and I bought it used. They replaced it with a brand new bow. My experience with their Customer Servise was excellent. However--I have a cheap spare bow for those "just in case" times. hope it gets fixed soon. todd
buckee
Dang, eh...that really hurts. Hope you can get it fixed quick, or at least be able to hunt with a alternate weapon
Griz
Wow...That really sinks William... PSE has a great customer service and hopefully they will get you back up and runnin' soon...
Huntin4ever
I had a similar issue with my PSE during the first few weeks of archery a few years back, I had new limbs on the bow and was back in business in under 2 weeks.... they have great customer service...... My suggest is that if you have a good archery shop that you deal with, go to them and they can take care of everything, taking old limbs off, sending them in, installing new limbs, and properly shimming the cams.... that's how I handled my issue and was very satisfied....... Good luck!!
Southerngirl
got a update for us? I hope you've got new limbs by now
arrow32
I was down at the shop and a guy brought in a Mathews that the limb had blew up on and was in three pieces. They called Mathews and they sent a new limb took about a month and a half tho. Not a fast turn around on getting stuff like that. Not sure how long or what PSE would do. That stinks tho. Illinois59
Do you have a back up bow? Can you borrow one and get it set up? Dont give up on the season. Good luck.

AdvantageTimberLou
Hope the boys at PSE take good care of you William, Shepley's got quite the operation and customer service is at the top of his list. Hope you get your "baby" back soon in great shooting condition. Better to have this thread than one about a trip to the ER!!!
wtnhunt
PSE did contact me back and said it would be warranty work, said they would likely be able to have a 10 day turn around. Rifle season is in now and have not had an opportunity to get it over to the closest pse authorized shop yet, but will be taking it in tomorrow, so I should have it back in time for our late archery which opens back up December 10th. wtnhunt
update Well, stopped by the bowshop while I was over in that area today, to see where they were at with my bow. The bowtech was off today, but another guy in the shop checked on it for me and found a note with my bow. Seems to possibly be some sort of confusion or something, but at the present time it appears as though the limb for my bow for whatever reason cannot be replaced:(. I am in the process of emailing back and forth with pse to find out what the deal is, and if it is true what they intend to do since it should be covered by the warranty. Oh well, guess it is gun hunting for me only from here on out this year.
Guest adrenaline_junky
I know how that goes my Mathews did the same thing to me the night before the first day. Fortinitly I had my backup bow tuned also. That really sucks I hope that PSE can get you a new limb I hate seeing good folks having to sit a hunting season out. No one deserves a punishment like that. Good Luck
