*Camo_Girl*
Howdy y'all. Do any of y'all shoot recurve bows? If so, what kind do you use and what are they like? I was thinking about maybe saving up to buy one, but I want to get some good opinions first. If you have pictures of them, please post! Thanks, Sarah:cool:

archerjg
I have an AIM Predator. I like the bow and it is not real expensive. A little over $160 with shipping from Keystone Country Store a few years ago. I am saving for a Bear Kodiak Magnum. Archerjg
GobblerBuster618
i shoot a custom bighorn recurve bow. its actually quite old but it shoots excellent. Some good brand names are def. black widdow, asenheimer, bear bows. The problem in my opinion in non custom bows is that they seem to draw tougher. try many out before you get one. like archerjg said above aim makes good products as well for the money. if you have any more questions you can always send me a pm. good luck to you

Adjam5
I have a few recurves and one long bow. The one I shoot the most is a Vintage Ben Pearson Javelina 66" 45# 28"draw. I just finished a fletch job on some Gold Tip Traditional 35/55 shafts. I also picked up a cool quiver on E Bay to match the bow. I get messed up going from the Mathews to the stick n string. I'm gonna have to choose soon.

ParsonsOutdoors
Here's my Bear Super Grizzly, that I bought at a flea market for 25 bucks...that's right 25 bucks!!!!!! The guy didn't know how much it was worth and just wanted rid of it. I added the snakeskins at a later time. I've had offers of over 300 dollars and have refused them all. I shot my biggest deer with it also. Here's a pic with my son Hunter holding the bow and the rack from the buck. JP
