Ohiobucks
I took this picture Friday Nov 2nd after legal shooting hours from my treestand, I heard him come running down the hill towards me chasing a doe, grunting with every other step. When he got close (about 12 yards) I stopped him and snapped this picture: Then I shot this buck on Thursday Nov 8th on the same farm. This is my son Branton with my buck: I lightened it up as much as I could, but tried to keep what little clarity there is. What do you guys and gals think? Same buck? Tominator
Boy, tough to say Tom. It does look like it, the only thing I kind of doubt is that yours appears to be an inch or two wider. Look at the ears and the width.
wtnhunt
Think Chris is right Tom. Looks close to the same, but looks like your deer is about an inch wider than the deer in the first pic. Looking at the ears, it looks kind of deceiving maybe a little bit. Kind of looks like the deers left ear is back in the second pic, might give the impression it is wider, although in the first pic looks like both ears are more up and alert. Think there is a good chance there is another one maybe your deer's sibling.

rad_112176
To me it looks as if the main beams don't turn up as high as the buck you shot. If you look at the deers right side in both pics it looks as if the one in the pic actually flattens out a bit and your turns upright. Just my thoughts. Either way congrats on the nice buck.
