Guest Andrea
Never again will I go against my instincts. I changed my picks for the Texans, Lions and Cards games all because I read something from ESPN. WHAT DO THOSE GUYS KNOW??????????????????????:mad:
buckbuster11
ESPN guys know everything, just ask Eric, that's where he gets his info from.
Texan_Til_I_Die
I didn't like most of my picks this week either. Bunch of sorry teams playing a bunch of "sorrier" teams. I'm not good at choosing the "least looser."
muggs
Yup. They'll mess you up. Just go with your gut. It's a crapshoot know matter how much you know. Like say for example, who thought the Steelers would lose to the Jets? And, those ESPN guy's love talking up Big Ben, so obviously they don't know what they're talking about. After all, you have that good of a running game and that good of a defense, they'll make any 'ole QB look good. Basically he's receiving the Shaun Alexander treatment. Ya know, the most over-rated players who's team makes them look great.
Nick
LOL, obviously you've never watched the Lions play football, otherwise you wouldn't have changed that one!!

AdvantageTimberLou
LOL, obviously you've never watched the Lions play football, otherwise you wouldn't have changed that one!! I agree, that team gets you all hyped up and then lets you down big time. They screwed up their #1 pick for next year now by winning 6 games!! Who knows, they might beat the Packers this Thanksgiving Day, I know I won't bet on it though! Been let down too many times!!

LOL, Yup, they get you all excited for nothing! It happened again Sunday on the way back from deer camp. We are listening to them on the radio and they are "driving down the field" down by 6 with under 4 minutes to play. So we quickly jump off I-75 and go into an Apple Bees only to see Kitna throw two interceptions in the last 3 minutes. They may have won 6 games but the Lions seem to drag their opponents down to their level with sloppy ugly football. But on Thanksgiving Day...the Lions always seem to play good. On Thanksgiving they can usually beat the best team in the NFL. I think its because the offensive lineman actually decide to block that day so they can win and win the 6 legged turkey.
