OJR Posted November 20, 2007 Report Share Posted November 20, 2007 Looking Good! I got the "makings" to do some pepperoni and beef sticks yesterday! I will try to get them done tomorrow. As for jerky, the dehydrator works great! We have 10 trays for ours plus 5 for the oven. We are going to make some between Thanksgiving and Christmas! We grind all of our jerky and shoot it with a shooter from Cabela's! Works great and tastes better! The problem we have is the kids and grandkids! He told him about all the deer he has been killing and his brother asked for some jerky. My friend doesn't make jerky so he called me.
