Grant-KS
'02 Martin Mv2 Elite 00 Fury cams Berry strings/cables Magnocks 30" Doinker with a homemade drop/counterweight GKF Platinum Premier Carter AtensionII release with solution hook on 3 finger. Old Toxonics sight with a 2X scope and a ring Custom arrow shelf designed, made, and given to me by George Ryals, the designer of the Mv2. He shot the Mv2 as his target bow at that time, and had this shelf made to fit his (and my) shooting style. in reality, the bow is essentially only a couple years old and has barely been shot. I had a barrel nut (for the limb bolt) strip out when I was adjusting the tiller, and the bow disassembled pretty quick. I called one of my friends, who then worked for Martin and told him my problem and he said to ship back the limbs/cams, etc., and he would check them over and make sure no damage was done. About a week later I got a package with brand spankin' new limbs, cams, axles, bushings, limb rockers, limb bolts, barrel nuts, and an optional weight that they had made to screw into the riser if mass weight was needed. So, yeah, I've basically got a new Mv2. As for the cams, they're within 1/2 twist on a cable. I need to get it outside on a warm, calm day, group tune, then creep tune. Like I said, I really haven't shot this thing much at all in the last 2-3 years. I just got back into shooting bow about 3-4 weeks ago. Southerngirl
Yeah, Martin customer service is A1 I never had trouble getting them to answer questions on my antigue or anything, and that was before I was a M4L member I took a late 80's Martin Scepter and took the wood limbs/ cams off and upgraded it, but I had to get them to give me the string/cable lengths on my new hybrid. She beautiful, they just don't make bows like that one anymore. I'll take yall a pic. It has machined lines in the riser that are painted a different color, really sets the bow off. Blue bow/silver lines. Sweet!

muggs
LMBO, Man....this is spinning out of control faster than Notre Dame's football season. (that's for you Nate). Anyway, I would definitely post a goofy pic of me and my PSE, but I'm afraid that pic would lose the small thread of credibility that's left after all my sports rants. muggs
:eek:ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, please don't :D Sorry southerngirl, looks like the vote is in...no pic. Now, as far as the rotten watermelon thing goes...you see, it all started on a snow crusted field in 1897. There was this group of poor, uneducated students from the University of Michigan (the "M" word will be referred to as the "State up North" from hence forth in honor of the late, great Woodrow Hayes- more on him to come). Anyway, WAY back when (shortly after the Civil War) Michigan could actually beat Ohio State. Then electricity was invented and entered a man they called "Woody" and an era known as the "ten year war." It really wasn't much of a war, mostly one-sided with Woody coming out on top. It can be lengthy, so I'll keep this short, and just let you know that 'ole Woody Hayes made some DB named Bo his rented mule basically. Then came the dark ages when some Southern boy named John Cooper took control of my beloved Buckeyes and really screwed the pooch. He's shown the door, enter Jim Tressel aka "The Sweater Vest." The Sweater Vest, born and raised in Ohio mind you, comes in and beats the State up North so often he actually owns it now and receives all the tax revenue (which isn't a lot) which he then generously donates to the Make a Wish Foundation. Oh yeah, after his 6th loss to THE Ohio State University, the State up North finally had to fire their lame duck coach because he was really horrid. Well, I think I covered the basics of the only football team that matters...THE Ohio State University. Any questions?
