No. I found a recipe in a wild game cook book. It had 5.5 oz. can of veggie juice. powdered onion, ground ginger,water soy sauce and worchestersour sauce. Liquid smoke if doing it in the oven. I plugged in the smoker and it was shorted out. So I had to use the oven and did not put liguid smoke in the marinade.

I am getting ready to try and make duck jerky. I got my smoker working. My buddy is going to drop some off to me tomorrow. I grind my deer meat and use High Mountain seasoning with my jerky shooter.I made some venison summer sausage from a kit I got from Cabeleas. I made it 15 lbs. at a time and the only problem with it is it disappears very fast around my house. Gone in a week.
