I shot this buck the evening of November 3rd. I was hunting in Wisconsin on my friends land. We got the whole thing on video with our new camera it was awesome. He is a 19 pointer and we gross scored him at 170. We got great footage of the kill and are currently trying to sell it. I was video taping my buddy when he shot this nice 11 pointer on October 20th also in WI. We also got a couple doe kills on tape too, so it was a pretty good year with our new camera.

Congrats on the bucks! What kinda of camera are you guys using? Also how much is a camera like that? I have been told something like that is in the thousands. My cousin does alot of filming for Southern Sportsman TV and they use alot of handheld digital cameras. I bought a digital one this year to film with, but just curious to know what you guys are using. Also are you guys taking turns filming each other or are you recording yourself? Thanks!

We use the Sony Pd170, we were told to buy this camera by a friend who video tapes for a professional and he uses the same one. It's pretty expensive though it was around 3,000 for it. My friend and I split the cost so it wasn't as bad. The whole year we had been switching off filming each other until he got his buck, then he just filmed me untill I got mine. You also need a tree arm to put the camera on, the one we had wasnt that nice. We will be getting a new one for next year we just didnt have the money for a good one this year, the good ones are around 700 dollars. Thanks and good luck.
