BearClaw
Here is an unusual question-can a deer (buck) smell Tinks' buck lure that is frozen? I put out a Tink's Bomb with the wick hanging out and by 9 AM it was frozen solid, wick and all. I had a buck come up right near it and respond to a grunt call and I did shoot him, however I was wondering if his nose could have still smelled the lure? wtnhunt
Sure they can still smell it some frozen just like we can, but not as well as if it was still in liquid form.
