My Dad threatened to shot a boy when I was in the 8th grade if he rode his bicycle over to see me, he also threatned the first guy I ever dated at 18, I come downstairs and the living room looked ready for WWIII and poor david was white as a ghost, I was back early and he never come back...................... Drove me home walked me to my room and said "Pick your pajamas up off the floor and put them away please". I did what I was told and then she drove me right back to school. Well I guess she got tired of it and finnaly came over to me around a bunch of people and said little where is your mother. I was so confused, I just stood there and stared at her. WELLLLLLLLL, my mother decided to come out of their bedroom and tell me to keep it down only she was stark naked. Scarred me for life. lungbuster12point06 Posted November 30, 2007 Report Share Posted November 30, 2007 This is probably one of my earliest memories from when i was a kid............I guess I was 4 or 5 and my mom was having some sort of party (tupperware or avon, one of those popular home parties from the 70's)anyway, I would not go to bed and was being a little schyster..........so she threatened to spank me in front of all those people, I of course didn't believe her until she dropped my pants and smacked my bare a$$..........needless to say I went straight to bed and I don't think I ever threw a fit or tantrum ever again! I wish she was still around:( don't be so hard on yourself, steve. every kid does that. i think it's pretty normal. in fact, it may be the only normal thing i've heard you say..... when my oldest daughter was in about 7th grade, a boy called. "this is bob. is randean there"? he asked. "bob?" i said." and there 5 feet away was randean, waving her arms, shaking her head, and mouthing "tell him no". "yes, bob, she's right in front of me waving her arms, shaking her head no, and mouthing for me to tell you she's not here. i don't think she wants to talk to you. in fact, i'll bet that if you ever call back she'll be doing the same. sorry." and hung up. her sister was looking on also. neither of them ever did that again. i explained to them both that i don't lie, and i won't lie for them. so, get on the phone next time and tell them the truth right off, or i can help them out again.
