Tom2008
Would you say this stuff works? I know Whitetail Institute has some good stuff, and this is exactly what I've been looking for. Link to Secret Spot
wtnhunt
Few years ago, had someone tell me they used it and it worked great for them. I tried to find some and had no luck fiding it anywhere locally at that time. Needless to say I have never tried the stuff, but guess it should probably work well. QDMAworks4me
I planted it for the first time this year and the deer love it. I would suggest planting it and I think that you will be very happy.

LETMGROW
Try it, you won't be disappointed for sure. Planted as a no-plow is ok, but a little extra work in soil prep will yield even better results. Lynn
Guest Ironhorse
I was thinking about trying to put in a couple of stands of it in the spring and then reapplying it in the fall. Is there a need to do that or would it work? I'm thinking of small 1/4 acre or so sections. Thanks
LETMGROW
Being an annual you won't get much out of a late fall planting. I'd say late July would be good depending on your location. Give the Whitetail Institute a call and ask them. These folks are great to talk to. Lynn
PotashRLS
Awesome stuff!!!!!!! This is a picture of my brother's 2006 doe he took out of a Secret Spot plot. We dragged her to our larger plot of No Plow for some pictures. The stuff this year is really getting hammered and is nearly gone already. Secret Spot plants around 4,000 sq. ft. or 0.09ac. It is intended to be a small hunting plot. Feed your deer with Winter Greens, No Plow and Alfa Rack or Clover. Use the Secret Spot for your honey holes next to thick cover. The other picture is from a White Pine stand over a Secret Spot plot. The deer travel through the Secret Spot before dark on their way to the main food sources.
