matt01
Which one do you like? If you have one of them do you like it? i like the saber tec because it is not extremley short it has dark cams and because it has a little bit higher brace height with the same speed as the viper tec. I am going to go shoot them next week.
Chrud
Re: saber tec or viper tec?? I think the SaberTec replaced the DynaTec. It's probably a pretty good bow, but you'd probably feel the difference in the draw cycle and shot between the SaberTec and ViperTec. The Viper will likely be a lot more smooth and shock free. The limbs will be more parallel on the ViperTec also.
JimT
Re: saber tec or viper tec?? Without shooting them I like specs of the Sabertec better.....But like I said, thats withought shooting them. That could change everything.
Chrud
Re: saber tec or viper tec?? No doubt the SaberTec is very nice bow, but the ViperTec was Hoyt's #2 hunting bow in the 2004 line-up. One big difference is the 5L Laminate Limb. The ViperTec will probably have more parallel limbs. Either way, they are very nice bows. Guest vipertec
Re: saber tec or viper tec?? I would have to agree with Chrud..... the limbs will be the big difference. I had called all the pro shops im my area before I purchased my viper tec. They all said the same thing.... limb, limbs, and limbs. But once you shoot it you will be amazed. Its the smoothest, most foregiving bow I have ever shoot with virtually no recoil....... but it will all boil down to personal preference....... Chrud
Re: saber tec or viper tec?? While the ViperTec's limbs aren't as parallel as the Mathews Outback or Switchback, they sort of act the same. The layered laminate limbs of Hoyt are pretty superrior to the ZR100 limbs.
