OJR
The old adage "Pass another law" will really help this crap! Enforce the laws that are on the books and allow CITIZENS, who qualify, to carry weapons!
stevebeilgard
gun free zone. what a crock. the liberals who made it a gun free zone only wanted everyone to feel better. not to actually help anyone. more guns = less crime. it can be prooved worldwide. where ever guns are not available to citizens, crime goes waaaaaay up. and vica-versa. slugshooter
It's common sense to you and me........................wish it was to more people! Just renewed my CCW, now if we could just get a NATIONAL CCW!!!!!!!!!!! We have a national DRIVERS LISCENCE, why not CCW?! We have a national driver's license in this country?? I have a State of North Carolina driver's license in which by reciprocal agreement, it allows me to drive in other states. Much like when and if I get my North Carolina CCW, it is valid in states that have reciprocal agreements with NC and not in those that don't. I am a big states rights proponent. What's good for one state does not necessarily mean it will be good for another, and each state has their right to determine their own laws, regardless of what one may think of them. johnf
We have a right to bear arms that is covered in the constitution of the united states. Wouldn't a federal CCW be constitutional in that case?
slugshooter
We have a right to bear arms that is covered in the constitution of the united states. Wouldn't a federal CCW be constitutional in that case? No, because the Second Amendment is broad enough to allow states to set their own laws concerning the purchase and possession of firearms.
