TKLambert
I am going to makes some feeders out of 30 gallon plastic drums that I recieved. What are some good feeder motors that are in the 50$ range?
dogdoc
i've always used the programable motors from Moultree. I have two that are over 10 years old and still running like new. They get good battery life and I've only had to change the internal battery twice on them in the last 10+ years.
3whunt
If there are a lot of squirrells in your area, make sure the spin plate is metal. They will eat through the plastic ones the first time the corn gets low. We use Moultrie timers too, but we use the dusk and dawn models. Either put the varmint protectors on the motors or like I did replace all the plastic spinners with the metal version.
