Like one person already said you get about the same caffeine as a strong cup of coffee. If you drink eight cups of coffee you're going to have issues too. The sugar levels in it are pretty high but they do make a "free" version. I drink about one a day or a monster because I need to. How they taste has nothing to do with it to me. If they tasted like medicine I'd still drink one a day and choke every ounce down. It makes that much of a difference in how I'm going to feel the rest of the day. Poo poo that comment if you like. I stopped by a store on my way in to work to get a pick me up, AMP is my energy drink of choice, and the cashier asked me if I've ever tried an energy drink called "Cocaine". He told me that it was three times as strong as red bull. Needless to say, I passed on the offer. I don't need to be picked up that far!
