PotashRLS
I can't remember who posted the recipe for stuffed butterflied venison backstrap, but thanks a bunch. I finally whipped em up on the grill this past Saturday for a buddy's birthday and WOW were they awesome!!!!!!!!! I may never make backstrap any other way again. Just wanted to to say thanks for a great recipe. The only thing we did different was to put them over higher heat and remove them with just a little pink in the middle. They were great. Could you post it again for those who may not have seen it. It is worth the effort in preparing! Thanks and Merry Christmas:D
Loomis1228
You know that you just can't mention something like that without posting pictures. No pics = didn't happen!

No pics = didn't happen! We ate it too fast for pictures. It was 15 degrees outside when I made them so we didn't fart around!!! Believe me, it happened. They were GOOOOOOOOOOOD.
