Guest Seaneth
Is the .17 mach 2 worth the extra money for preformance? I live in a pretty hilly part of new york and i want something thats gonna be accurate when i want it, for whatever small game comes along. Squirrels, groundhogs, etc., and most will probably be at a distance over 50 yards. I want the 17 but noise is a factor, so i wont piss off my neighbors. if anyone has a 17, is it really as loud as people say?
toddyboman
no I do not think a 17 is loud...
maytom
I have the .17HMR in a CZ-452 American rifle, and while I love this gun, the little .17gr bullet gets whipped around by the wind at long distances!! They didn't come out with the .17 Mach 2 yet when I bought my gun, or I would of went with that caliber instead. For a super accurate squirrel gun, or a chuck gun to 75-100 yards, I'd go with the Mach 2!!

LETMGROW
I really like my .17 HMR. I don't know why they ever came out with the .17 Mach 2.
