LifeNRA
With your license you get one BUCK tag only! As far as getting doe tags you need to send in for them around August! If you go back to the PA Game commission's web site you can see what tags are still available. http://www.pgc.state.pa.us/pgc/cwp/browse.asp?a=517&bc=0&c=70122 There are only two WMU's that still have doe tags for sale. Unless you plan on hunting these areas, your out of luck! There are DMAP tags, again you need to search them areas to see what is available! http://www.pgc.state.pa.us/pgc/cwp/browse.asp?a=465&bc=0&c=70037 This web site will allow you to search for any DMAP tags in the areas your looking for! http://www.pgc.state.pa.us/pgc/cwp/view.asp?a=465&q=158749

PA can be hard to figure out sometimes. Our game commision is about 50 years behind all the other states. Also as far as i know if your hunting the late muzzleloader season you can shoot a doe and use your buck tag to tag it. That might only be the rule QDM's though not sure. Sorry i couldn't be of more help.
bowhunter862
If you are talking about the late Flintlock ONLY Muzzleloader season, that single "buck" tag you get with your over-the-counter license becomes an either sex tag for the late Flintlock season. In addition to your license, you must purchase a muzzleloader permit too in order to hunt with a smoker. Being a Pa native and hunting there for 30+ years, it seems easy to understand for me. However, I can see how it is complicated for a guy buying his first Pa license.
