Ravin R10 man
Mike Huckabee..thats the kind of leader this country needs. If the Christian voters all turn out we can get it done.

wtnhunt
Huckabee, has some momentum now, however there has been some news on him surfacing, guess we will see.
TreeStandBowHunter
When we took that little test in here a few months ago to see which canidate we would vote for, I believe he was one of the ones I had. But I think the problem is he is not popular enough. It's a shame that it is like that but that's just how it is with Presidential elections. We'll see;)
Guest Andrea
We will know in less than 2 months who the Presidential candidates will be. Better start picking one soon!!!
Texan_Til_I_Die
I like most of his positions too, but I'm not sure if all of his ideas will work. I originally thought that I would vote for Thompson or Romney in the primary, but depending on circumstances between now and Super Tuesday, I may switch my vote to Huckabee. But one thing is certain, regardless of who the Republican nominee is, they will be imminently preferable to Clinton, Obama or Edwards. All three of those (for different reasons) scare the bujeez out of me.
Strut10
The Mrs and me saw Huckabee speak at a dinner at the NWTF National Convention several years back. I looked at her and said "Who'd have believed?????? An Arkansas governor?? If this guy ever runs for president I'll vote for him." Well.......here he is. I like Mike. stevebeilgard
the news media loves him, and so do the dems. he's got a lot of negatives coming to light, like his record on crime and releasing prisoners, etc. keep looking at these guys, and scrutenize well. it's a long way from over. i still see romney or thompson coming on .... wtnhunt
Really I still kind of have mixed thoughts on Huckabee. He might be electable, but not so sure. There is quite a bit coming out on him that might hurt his image.
OJR
I saw on TV where he raised taxes over 65% when he was governor! The taxes he crows about cutting, didn't amount to anything! He spent more than what Bush is doing now! Conservative, baloney!
johnf
Not one to throw my money away, but our taxes were so low when he came in that it really didn't make much of a difference on my paycheck. 65% of very little isn't that much. stevebeilgard
he's pardoned over 1000 convicted criminals, 12 of whom have murdered again. he's a big spender. he's a tax & spend guy. lots more negatives upcoming. we'll wait & see, but romney is looking better. 2 more months before i have to decide
OJR
The only way I would vote for Huckabee is if he is running against Hillary!

ky_deerhunter_77
the news media loves him, and so do the dems. Beware of the Huckabee !!!!!!! The reason that the Dems and new media like him so will is that they can turn him into "George Bush the 2nd" and they can vote against George Bush again. I like Mike on the guns and his support of the fair tax. But he goes WAY LEFT when it comes to Immigrants *Change rule barring immigrants from running for president. (May 2007) *Punish people who break the law; but not their children. (Nov 2007) *FactCheck: Yes, supported scholarships for AR illegal aliens. (Dec 2007)
