rossman
All I know is you better be warry who your showing pics and posting pics too!!!! If this deer is indeed the new world record. He should not have said anything about it until after the drying period and had him scored. Also, Now that he has posted the pics anyone can copy the inage and use them. I know hunting is hunting, but when you kill a world record your life will change. You become famous and can recieve money for pictures, stories, etc.... For example, I can copy the image and then I own it if it is not copywrited, and sel it. I wouldn't of course but do you get my drift? Also, he runs a greater chance of theft and destruction from idiots who are jealous!!!!! Not a good idea to post that deer, should have been smarter!!!! Just my 2 cents!!!--rossman
rossman
looks like he shot it with buckshot..... I'm not sure I could guess on the score looks big. but the pics are taken to make it look even bigger (like it needs it) NOT!!! its a cool buck regardless. Is buckshot legal in Alberta? It's not in NY!!!! Great way to ruin the cape!!!! lol--rossman
rossman
sorry for multiple posts. To beat the world record Hansonj buck. He'll have to gain alot in mass. The length of tines and number of typical tines "12" is better on the hanson buck. I believe the Hanson buck will stand as number 1!!!!--rossman
unioncountyslayer
I got the email too, and this is what it said... "He shot this near Two Hills this fall (winter). Biggest typical whitetail taken in Alberta EVER! He will be on the cover of Buck Magazine very soon. Don't know the score but it would be unbelievable. He has been offered $200,000.00 for it already."
Sask-Hunter
What a deer, i can only wish, beautiful:eek: I think he does look a lot bigger though by how the pics were taken, the hunter makes sure he's back farther than the deer in every picture, just has that effect Sweet buck, love the width and mass

Guest adamo
This is what the B&C website has had up for awhile on this deer... 190" typ, shot in 06 "Scott Yetman was guiding for Diamond Willow Outfitters last fall, and was rewarded by being allowed to go on a hunt of his own. This giant buck was the result, and is reported to be Scott's first deer ever! Reports are that it will score approximately 190 as a typical, but it has not yet been officially entered."
