Chrud
I could go into a rant about how bad our secondary (with the exception of Sharper) is, but I'll spare you. But, I will go on a rant about Randy Moss. What was with his little "celebration" after his second TD? Joe Buck was 100% correct, classless. And how in the heck does that NOT get an unsportsmanlike conduct penelty? You get one for spiking the ball but not for "mooning" the fans? Don't know how you Minnesota fans can cheer for a guy like that.
dogdoc
Re: Randy Moss Chrud---I was just coming on to make a post about that worthless piece of a human being. It is really ashame that an idiot has that much talent! I like what Howie said----class and talent don't always go together! what a loser of a person--but i have to admit--a heck of a football player! todd
Chrud
Re: Randy Moss Can't say I respect him as a player (ie walking off the field) and definately not as a person. I do respect the talent he has though.
ScottyLuck
Re: Randy Moss Is that what he Did? He mooned the fans?? I was watching the game but turned away after he scored and heard Joe Buck make his classless comment. What a loser. Howie was right. He just doesn't get it!! Guest Finn
Re: Randy Moss 10 million dollar body and a 5 cent head...what a #$@% I'll give Culpepper credit though...the last 5 games against the Pack, he's been unreal.

buckbuster11
Re: Randy Moss Yeah he's a moron and both of the post game conferences I saw him in after the game were even worse. He was on espnnews a little bit a go swearing up a storm. With that said, he did have a heck of a game.
MichiganHuntr1
Re: Randy Moss Can you blame him though??? Those fans hate him, and he hates those fans. Three years ago, at Lambeau Field, a fan threw a drink at the back of his head! Green Bay fans and moss dont get along! This isnt nearly as bad as what Terrell Owens did in dallas some time ago. Guess what, T.O is just as bad as Moss. I dont like the fact that moss walked off, but he didnt actually moon anybody, and he was basically saying in your face packer fans. Hey Chrud, your packers LOST!

MichiganHuntr1
Re: Randy Moss You guys have got to hand it to the Vikings. They won. I get a kick out of the packers defense. They let moss do the hook twist on them, and they fall for it. He could only run like 6 miles an hour, because of his ankle. The reason why the packers lost today was turnovers. You cant win with that many turnovers.
MichiganHuntr1
Re: Randy Moss [ QUOTE ] You get one for spiking the ball but not for "mooning" the fans? [/ QUOTE ] Technically, he didnt "Moon" the fans, he imitated it. Moss is one heck of a player, but he is cocky, that will never change. He has talent, sometimes a bad attitude(it varies by game) but like Michiganhuntr17 said he is always cocky. What he did wasn't right but I can't blame him either. Nick
Re: Randy Moss This is getting blown WAY out of proportion. I am far from a Vikings or Randy Moss fan, but his end zone celebration wasnt that bad....I have seen way worse. I actually thought it was kinda funny. Everybody on here just wants to be politically correct. I mean, if he woulda actually pulled his drawers down, and showed it, that would be different....but he just "acted" like he was pulling his drawers down. Look at some of the signs and the way the fans treated him. These guys are only human, they have feelings just like the rest of us and sometimes just cant manage to hide them. I agree that Moss is a jerk and does alot of things that are uncalled for...but I think this could have been over looked, but it wasnt because it was Randy Moss and because of his reputation. markyj987
Re: Randy Moss I don't like Randy Moss, but have no problem with that celebration at all. It's one of those things that only makes the rivalry better for next year. Though they stunk up the second half of the season, the Vikings not only were the better team--but the dominant team last night. Daunte Culpepper is a fantastic quarterback and the way they tore apart the Packers "defense" shows how well-coached they are. I can't think of a more deserving quarterback than Culpepper--so I can't believe I'm saying this, but I hope the Vikings represent the NFC North well and get to the Super Bowl. billygoat
Re: Randy Moss Moss is an idiot! Most everyone in professional sports would say something to the affect that "the guy can play ball, but..." There is always SOMETHING following or preceding the fact that he is a great ball player. Generally it directly relates to his attitude, personality, or general disposition. The fact is the Vikings can have him! I would rather not go to the Super Bowl (which we wont!) than have a player like Moss on the team!.
MUDRUNNER
Re: Randy Moss I LOVE THE VIKES AND THEY PLAYED A GREAT GAME AND DESERVED TO WIN.I DON'T LIKE MOSS OR HIS ATTITUDE,EVEN THOUGH HE IS A HECK OF A PLAYER.I THINK THE NFL NEEDS TO TAKE ACTIONS TO STOP THAT KIND OF THING FROM HAPPENING.MAYBEE EVEN A 1 GAME SUSPENSION.IF THE VIKES MAKE IT TO THE SUPERBOWL IT WON'T BE BECAUSE OF MOSS IT WILL BE BECUASE OF CULPEPPER. Tominator
Re: Randy Moss Growing up the Vikes were my team. I loved those blue collar guys--Marshall, Tarkenton, Page, Eller, et. al. Now I don't care for the Vikes at all, and it's all because of moss. I don't wish ill-will on anyone, but guys like him need some kind of wake up call when it comes to life. He has no idea. TreeWalker
Re: Randy Moss [ QUOTE ] But they dont have what it takes to go all the way. [/ QUOTE ] I disagree.....they have all the offensive weapons a team could want.......and they have a VERY young defense that is showing improvement and confidence every week.........and they played as physical of a game as any could this weekend........ Of their 8 losses, five of them were by 4 points or less......4 of those 5 were by a fieldgoal........and of those 5, three of those games were lost by a fieldgoal as the clock expired..............they could easily by 14-3 right now............I think they are the sleeper coming into the playoffs, and maybe peaking at just the right time............time will tell, but I sure wouldn't be betting any money against them..........just remember, stat wise, they had the Eagles beat........and the Colts, was one of those close games.............................................it's the playoffs folks........anything can happen.... WHISKEYSWAMP
Re: Randy Moss From what I've read, the Packer fans have a tradition of mooning the losing team's bus as it leaves the stadium. Moss was only imitating them... kinda funny if you ask me although I still don't like him. He's one of the lasiest players in the NFL. JJL
Re: Randy Moss It's a long standing tradition at Lambeau Field, that when the Packers win, the home-town fans line up along the fence where the Visting Teams bus is parked and "moon" the players as they are leaving Green-Bay. These are "Real-Moons" and many of the fans have been known to "drop a load" while in the process. If you wish to use words like, classless.....moron......idiot..........Please remember where the tradition started. Have a nice day JJL
