Chrud
Re: Randy Moss [ QUOTE ] It's a long standing tradition at Lambeau Field, that when the Packers win, the home-town fans line up along the fence where the Visting Teams bus is parked and "moon" the players as they are leaving Green-Bay. These are "Real-Moons" and many of the fans have been known to "drop a load" while in the process. If you wish to use words like, classless.....moron......idiot..........Please remember where the tradition started. Have a nice day JJL [/ QUOTE ] Have you taken part in that tradition? All three times I've been to Lambeau (all wins), I've never seen that.
The_Kat
Re: Randy Moss It's payback. The fans moon the bus, moss moons the fans. Whatever happened to good ole fun in sports. Rivalry traditions.....lighten up people.....

waterfowler_gal
Re: Randy Moss I have worked with Randy Moss in the past and currently work with two other Vikings players for our advertising for our dealership. He is very funny guy and is not afraid of what people think obviously. I think people rip on him way too hard. Did you read all of the nasty posters everywhere about him at the game? "Moss why don't you leave" and "Go home Moss" ... It is a free country and every athlete gives up everything so they can play in the big league. If he wants to be a smart **** then let him be a smart **** as long as he plays well and does his job as a team member. Football is very competitive...look at us true fans... need I say more.... Honestly he could be doing a lot worse.... like smoking pot or getting a sexual assualt charge on his ****.... Let it be....
Chrud
Re: Randy Moss I find this amusing myself. All of a sudden there is the claim of the mooning tradition at Lambeau. Now, most traditions for a sports team or whatever are known by a large group of people. For examle, tailgateing at Lambeau, Sausage races at Miller Park. NEVER has that tradition been mentioned. I just find it a little fishy that such a constant tradition at Lambeau is now being made public. I don't care if Moss mooned the fans or not, chances are a lot more people would know about this "tradition" long before Moss did his little jig. Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
Re: Randy Moss i thought it was freakin hilarious....its just a game, like someone said before, the fans don't like him and he doesn't like them, i also just heard on ESPN about it being tradition for the fans to line up and moon the opposing teams bus after they lose at lambeau....if you are going to call randy moss classless and an idiot for acting like he is mooning. someone...then that doesn't say much for the dumba&@'s who are actually doing it
ladydiehard
Re: Randy Moss DUH! The difference is that the fans don't "moon" anyone DURING the game. Big difference!
The_Kat
Re: Randy Moss You call it a big difference....I call it GOOD TIMING. Why woul ESPN broadcast a flase report. WHY WOULD BRETT FARVE TAKE UP FOR MOSS???? I think the star quarterback would know the traditions of his own football team. I think some packer fans are just ticked and wanna gripe about something.....Hey theres always next year.
SuperMn106
Re: Randy Moss as far as the tradition goes about the packer fans, i read it in an article that the current colts coach tony dungy said it was a tradition. if i am correct he used to coach tampa bay and has been there before. so do you think that a coach would lie about something like that i will try and find the story and post the link. SuperMn106
Re: Randy Moss For the walking off the field part you are right Burgess. I do not like that at all. I dont care how good you are if time is still on the clock you better be on the field with your teamates. I agree if i was the coach i would sit him too. A lot of talent and no brains
