Wanted to throw this out here to you guys. When sitting all day do think that is best to sit in the same stand all day or switch stands? I realize if the wind shifts it is better to move, but what do you think? I hunt in S. Georgia and the rut is just starting to kick in. Any suggestions or comments would be welcomed. Good luck to whoever is still trying to fill their tag (me included) and congrats to those who have filled it!:D

:D:DMERRY CHRISTMAS:D:D

That totally depends on where your stand is located. If your sitting over a picked corn field for example, that's probably not a good place to be in all day.

The one place you really cant go wrong with an all day hunt, is in or very near thick cover. In the rut, bucks will be running around bedding areas all day. As long as you have the wind in your favor I'd sit there as long as you can stand it.;)

I often move as the season progresses...the first week of our bow season, i'll hunt but watch movement, and move if i see a need to, then watch and move again, some seasons, i have moved 3 or 4 times, this year i moved my stand 4 times, then shot one..watch them and learn..:)
