Ravin R10 man
We use one for canning venison, and its great for roasts!! it will tenderize anything!!..just be extremely careful to let the pressure release ALL the way before opening
Deb
Cook roasts all the time in mine. Also cook dry beans in it. Roasts are done in an hour or less. After I soak the beans overnight, they take an hour or less to completely cook. Wouldn't want to live without my pressure cooker!!! And like the others say, it will tenderize anything. Guest bowhunter56
Finally got the pressure cooker, last night, seared some ribs first then into the cooker, for 14 min, took then out as they were falling apart, covered with bbq sause, and put on the grill for a few minutes...One of the best kitchen investments i have made..,,,,nothing but a plate of bones when it was all over..
