pressure Cookers

Cook roasts all the time in mine. Also cook dry beans in it. Roasts are done in an hour or less. After I soak the beans overnight, they take an hour or less to completely cook. Wouldn't want to live without my pressure cooker!!! And like the others say, it will tenderize anything.

Finally got the pressure cooker, last night, seared some ribs first then into the cooker, for 14 min, took then out as they were falling apart, covered with bbq sause, and put on the grill for a few minutes...One of the best kitchen investments i have made..:),,,,nothing but a plate of bones when it was all over..
