muggs
The past few months, I've started to slack on what I'm eating and I dropped my gym membership since I've been hunting and fishing so much, so I've got a few. -Get back on a jogging program, and start working out 4x per week again. Goal is to be at 185 lbs by July...so lose 8-10 lbs. -Eat better foods, smaller portions. -Start taking the commuter bus into work again and packing lunches at least 4 days per week (saves tons of $$)

bowin_in_illinois
I am going to start running again. I quit a few years back when things just got too busy, and I have put on quite a bit of weight since then, and I really feel out of shape. So time to get back out there, and get back into the habit of exercising again...before I get too far gone...lol
