They said they needed my address and would send a new one right away. Yesterday, I rec'd not only the belt, but an entire vest and belt. That's awesome customer service!! I think most companies are scared to death of liability suits, and they figure a $40 safety harness is a lot cheaper than a $1,000,000.00 law suit.
