wtnhunt
I just cook them in the smoker here Tim. A friend of mine told me he cuts his up and breads them and deep fries them like you would chicken. Have yet to try that way, but will if I ever kill another bird. Snipe
Here's one I use lil. It's simple and down right good.. 2 cups Buttermilk, 2 teaspoon Worcestershire 2 teaspoon Mustard ½ teaspoon Cayenne ½ Onion, small, sliced thin 1 Garlic clove, sliced thin 1½ poundsTurkey breast cutlets ¾ cupBread crumbs Salt and pepper ½ Gravy recipe Combine the buttermilk, worcestershire, mustard, and cayenne in a shallow baking dish... Stir in the onion and garlic and add the turkey cutlets, turning to coat... Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.. Preheat the oven to 350.. Spread the bread crumbs on a baking sheet and toast for about 5 minutes, until lightly browned.. Transfer to a plate and season with salt and pepper... Drain the turkey cutlets and discard the marinade.. Coat the cutlets with the seasoned bread crumbs, shaking off the excess.. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and warm over moderately high heat... Add one-third of the cutlets and spray them lightly.. Fry the cutlets, turning once, until cooked through and golden, about 3 minutes per side.. Transfer to a platter, cover loosely with foil, and keep warm.. Wipe out the skillet and repeat with more spray and the remaining turkey.. Serve hot, spooning gravy over the top... Enjoy...
RangerClay
I like to soak them for 24 hours in Wish Bone Itailian dressing. Be sure to flip once or twice. Then grill the breast whole then slice it like a london broil. Make sure you have a tossed salad and some vino rosa:D
Tominator
I use this rub, then put it on the smoker. Ingredients: 4 tsp salt 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp black pepper
HUNTINGMAN
I like it deep fried, but aother way that was good and that the city folks in the family liked it was to cook it in the oven.Wrap breast in saran wrap fairly tight, then use an injector to inject some herb and garlic marinade then let it sit in a refridgerator for a few hours.Remove plastic and wrap in foil loosely leaving some room for it to steam, poor over some more marenade and seal up to cook. When meat is done, fold back foil and broil for a short time to give some color.Enjoy and get enough for yourself the first time for if there are many people around it will go quick.
