Last I heard they folded a few years back in New York and someone from Ohio bought the rights. No one I've spoken to has heard anything other than that. It would be great as long as they return to the standards of the older Model 37s. I love my 87 (later version of 37) but I've had the barrel retaining bracket snap off two years in a row.
