Brown roast on all sides in oil in skillet. Place in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. 2. Cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours. Makes 6-8 servings. (Ideal slow cooker size: 4 quart) We used a venison roast and poured the juices over it on our plates. It was great!
