Steve, I have to take a leisurely stroll down the road to my mailbox and check today's mail yet. Will let you know.

Luke, 50 yards???:eek: When they come in to the water hole, I fugure to sneak out and put salt on their tails. Actually, I just started to get my hunting arrows ready last week and that whole process is on hold for at least 3 more weeks now. Had cotton pickin hernia surgery last Thursday (I think it was Thursday).

I hope that everyone is excited as me......This Illinois boy has never even seen an antelope within shooting range...

you won't be able to say that in a couple of months....;). an antelope is about the size of a whitetail. about 110 lbs. not big, but a nice sized target. i can't tell you how many of my past hunters shot them in the horn. wonder where they were aiming....:D

Sure I can .... after I get my bow back in tune ... :(:(

I had it reserved and now my broadheads are all over the place ... Wish a practice tip would kill ,,, I have those tuned in at 55 yrds, :D:D

I guess it will be off to the pro shop after work tomarrow .. :rolleyes:

And then start all over again after I had them grouping in a 3" circle at 55 yrds .. :mad::(

Well the bow spent all day at the bow doctor and was found to have a bad bus cable .. :(:(

Good news is that the total doctor bill was only $12.00 and I'm once again good to go ... I'm hitting exactly the same with 100 grn. Muzzy's as my field points out to 30 yrds ... :cool::cool:

We'll see what happens tonite out to 50-55 yrds .. ;)

But for now all is well again .. :)

Whew...that's a relief :rolleyes::)

:D:D:D

It's now 7:13 pm Eastern Time .. and just got done shooting my 100grn. muzzy's out to 55 yrds. and it doesn't look good ................ For the Antelope anyhow ... 1/2" groups .. :D:D

SAD news is that I ruined 3 of my only 6 Muzzys before I realized I had a serious equipment problem .. DANG, I hate 4X4 lumber .. :(:(

In a pig's ear he can!:p I'll have my Razortec, Goldtips, and G5 Montecs slicing and dicing in no time here. Shot my recurve today and felt good; heck, maybe I'll just use that if we're only shooting 50 yards.;)
