muggs
Just what excuses have i made. Missing Freeney killed em. a backup RB that cost him an INT from the 2 yard line. Manning threw for over 400 yards and 3 TD's. That should be a W every time. I guess thats what happens though when you haven't played in 12 weeks. I think it had a whole lot to do with missing Dwight Freeney How bout the Colts getting flagged for holding away from the play on an incomplete 3rd down pass resulting in an automatic first down. [How about the hands to face call on Diem in the 4th that ended up costing the Colts 40 yards of field position? Unfortunately for Peyton, winning a title is a team deal. _____________________ Since you asked.

I see absolutely no where in your post that i stated a specific excuse and said "this is why we lost the game". I have already stated that playing without Freeney hurt, and i think any knowledgable fan of the NFL and cover 2 would agree, but i also said thats no excuse for not being able to stop a team on 3rd and 15. Again, your only reading what you want to read in order to pick an argument. Not having Freeney is no excuse to allow a 60 percent 3rd down rate. I know you will probably ignore that line, but it needs to be said. How is Manning throwing for 400 yards an excuse? The backup RB that dropped the ball was an excuse? Funny, i just thought that was another poor play which helped get them beat. You might wanna learn what an excuse is. The officiating? You obviously aren't reading. I have said on 2 separate occasions that the refs did nothing to decide this game. The ONLY reason i brought up the refs was to try and counter your ridiculous argument that the refs were trying to hand the game to the Colts. The PI call and hands to the face call were the CORRECT calls by the way. Winning a title is a team deal. How is that an excuse? You are really reaching, which does not surprise me. This could possibly be the worst case of denial I have ever seen.
