jerdanmagic
Finally got out to do a little crappie fishing yesterday on my favorite farm pond. We ended up catching 9 total, all of which were keepers. 6 of them hit on minnows, and the other 3 came off jigs. Our stringer weighed in at 10lbs 1 oz, so they were all about or a little over a pound. We wasted no time getting them to the frying pan and they were divine. My dogs were pretty interested. Bowtech_archer07
Great catch. Love fishing for and eating crappie. Still a little cold for them to start spawning up here. Hopefully dad and I will have some more time for fishing this year. Last year we got caught up with a lot of stuff around the house, then we missed most of catfish season because we were building a carport for our neighbor. It would be awesome to do a lot of fishing this spring and summer.
