oo_buck
Paddle type or belt slide. Good, but not expensive. Any suggestions?

hangunnr
I did see you said gunleather but I kinda just thought you were using a generic term for a holster. Here are three types of leather holsters I've used over the years. I currently use a Blade Tech molded kydex type these days when carrying a 1911. First off is a Hellweg model #220A. A nice looking rock solid rig. Second is a Galco SOB 26. This holster puts the gun butt up in the small of your back. A very secure concealment holster. It offers good coverage of the gun to protect it's finish. Last is a Bianchi model #19. This holster sits the gun a little high on the hip and features a positive retention thumb snap. I've never had a paddle holster made of leather but do use a Blade Tech kydex paddle holster some of the time. I like the easy on / off of the paddle holster but they aren't near as secure as a holster held on by your belt. hangunnr
