I've decided to allow one supplemental pick w/keeper rights to cover roster spots. If you have two, then you will have to pick one player off the free agent market once roster's are set and they will not have keeper rights. My logic is that I don't want to discourage trading but there should at the same time, be penalties for trading away a lot of picks. Therefore, you may make a trade and lose one more player/pick than you originally had and still be able to pick a keeper, but you must wait until the draft is completed.
