Well I am a big Giants fan as most of you know....but...do they really have a chance to beat the Pats????...I will say that they will have to have a game of a life time to beat them and the Pats will have to have a bad game.....They are the best team ever.....but I will still be pulling for the Giants all the way!

Yes they have a chance.

1. They almost beat them 3 weeks ago.

2. It's been officially proven that Moss can be shut down. Only two catches in the playoffs. Don't know if the Giants have the man power to do that or not, but it can be done.

3. The Patriots haven't played a real dominating game in probably a month or so.

4. The Giants have the front 4 to get to Brady, and as we saw yesterday, when you can get to Brady you can force him into mistakes.

Honestly? They would have to play a near flawless game. But it can happen.

This will be the first Super Bowl in forever that I won't be rooting for a team. Usually I root for the underdogs(Giants in this case) but since the Patriots winning would be something I could tell my grandkids in about 30 years, I sort of wish they would win as well.:D

They've made it this far so yeah they have a chance albeit a slim one. I was really hoping for a Green bay Patriots super bowl but it should still be a good game. I'm pulling for the Pats for historys sake.

Nah. They don't have a chance. Don't even know why they're making the trip.

Of course they have a chance, that's why we play, eh?

Personally, I think the Chargers exploited a few chinks in the Pats armor. A healthier Chargers team has a better chance of winning that game. I'm betting the Giants will learn from that game and the super bowl will be closer than some think.

I won't put money on it, but I still say the Pats won't finish undefeated.

They have a chance of playing well and making it a respectable game. Given the right breaks, they could even stand a chance of winning.

That being said.........

My 100% unbiased opinion is that NE has more experience and the confidence to make quality decisions in crunch time. Talent wise they're close....Mentally it's NE.

But, they still have to play the game.......and on "any given Sunday"

They have a shot. I honestly felt like they gave the game away against NE in that final regular season game. They had a 2 score lead midway through the 3rd and then later on some guy in the Giants secondary went to sleep and let Moss get open 50 yards downfield on back to back plays. He dropped the first one, but got the 2nd one for the winner.

In order to win, they have to pressure Brady and convert every red zone trip into a TD. If they settle for FG's they will lose. They did a pretty good job of both in the first meeting and still lost, it just shows how perfect you have to be in order to beat them. But i do believe they have a shot and will make it a game.

Dont know. Think they do have somewhat of a chance. They played them recently enough to know what they did, did not work. They should be able to make some adjustments, and it should be a good game.

Also heard this morning that Brady is in a foot cast now, kind of curious what that is about? Could possibly be a factor.

Goooooooooooo Giants!!! LOL

They're playing this off as not a big deal but I bet all it would take is one good stomp on his foot and his game is quickly short lived.;)

Dont know if the ankle will be a factor, heard this morning it was nothing more than a high ankle sprain. Brady has played well banged up before, dont see him getting knocked completely out of the game.

The oddsmakers have supposedly changed the spread from 14 points to 10 points though. Think it may be a tighter game than that if New York does not make stupid mistakes.

The special teams will win the game, whichever teams special teams and defensive backs come to play will be the team that comes out on top.

You gotta know that the Giants' coaches are "strategizing" right now though and are probably telling their guys that the QB has a weakness and that they should capitalize on that if you know what I mean........
