mrswtnhunt
Don't really exercise on a regular basis. I do like to turn up CMT on the weekends and dance around the house with the kids. That is a good cardio workout. Of course chasing the kids around is somewhat of a workout, especially the 2 year old.....boy is she into everything these days. Don't have weights or any equipment to work out on. Probably need to do more exercising.
HuntingInMaine
I just started working out again....probably won't last long this time either. I'd rather stay active hunting, fishing, skiing, tubing, ect. It's easier for me to stick with that stuff, just not easy to fit it in several times a week. And right now it's ice fishing so you have to set your traps far apart for exercise while checking them! And if I take the boys we race for flags (and yes, I'm not above tripping them up so I get it! lol)
Guest Andrea
Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhh..............Yankee fishing and hunting. Gotcha. I need to correct myself though. Saltwater fishing is quite the workout. No sitting and waiting. Hook a grouper and you are reeling til your arms are screaming. Then if you jig for amberjacks you are constantly pumping that rod and reel up and down. You feel like rubber when the day is over. Not to mention what you feel like if you've been fishing for sharks.......... But I bass fish a lot more than I shark fish.

HuntingInMaine
Really Linda ?? We all seen the picture of what you did to your son skiing :p j/k They became fair game when they got bigger then me! LOL I don't know how it happened so fast, one day I'm taller then them and the next day I'm looking up to scold them! Well, my youngest still has an inch or two to go, but out weighs me by about 15 pounds and it won't be long before he's towering over me too! Good thing I've kept them in line, can't imagine having kids bigger then me who won't listen!!!

I think you can get bumper stickers and tee shirts with the quote, if you are interested.

LOL My boys got very nice hunting and winter boots when their feet were the size of mine! I knew they would only wear them a couple months and then they were passed down to me. Now my oldest wears a 12.5 and my youngest is in a 10 so they are back to the cheap stuff.

Forgot how good you feel afterwards.... I was very fortunate and got an Ipod and Elliptical for Christmas. Now most mornings I workout for 20 minutes on the Elliptical (I'm currently too out of shape to do more). I use the weight system 3 days a week to work on muscle tone. Plus I started doing a "extra" cardio once a week - bowling, sledding, ice skating, walking, etc. This gives me time with friends and my girls while working on losing a few pounds. I too have noticed that I am feeling so much better and alive! Best wishes on your new workout plan...I have also enjoyed the extra songs on your MySpace
