Delicate question

This may not be considered appropriate but I'll ask anyway and the mods can delete it if they want. Just curious. How many of ya'll regularly or at least occasionally do a "coffee enema?" I know it sounds bad but really it's one of the best cures I have ever had for being sick. I was introduced to this method of health care through my ex-fiance. Her uncle owns Ultra Life Incorporated where they sell the kits for around $9. They believe in total health through all-natural vitamins and personal care customized to each persons own chemical make-up. I didn't buy into all of the hype from her family until one night I came down with the bad, bad, bad flu where you don't want to move or even be conscious. I was so weak and sick from all of the symptoms that she made me (and I do mean MADE me) do a coffee enema. I won't go into any details but needless to say, I felt great the next day. I mean, I felt like I hadn't been sick at all!!! I was hooked. Anytime I felt bad or had any sort of stomach problems at all, I just grabbed a book, a pillow and a towel and caught up on some reading in the bathroom floor. Trust me when I say you don't want to be any further than a few feet from the water closet. The basics of it are to brew around 1000 ml of coffee, pour in 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt and let it all dissolve. Let it cool to body temperature or slightly warmer. Once the entire 1000 ml are in, lie on your left side for 15 mins. Roll to your back for 15 mins. and then roll to your right side. Once time is up, well... you know the rest. It's not as easy as it sounds and not everyone can last the whole 45 mins or even close. The more you do it though, the easier it is. I haven't done one in years but when I get sick, it's the first thing I think about. I know this sounds like an "Infomercial" but I swear by them and I got to thinking about it when I was looking for non-scented deodorant or antiperspirant. Check it out and they can even get you on a custom vitamin program to help regulate almost every aspect of your body that is out of whack. I've seen it work so I vouch for it. Just wondering what others thought about it.

Although I posted the question in a semi serious manner, I am laughing so hard right now. Trust me when I say I felt exactly like all of you do until the afore mentioned sickness. I guess it's an aquired "taste." LOL. The reason I was told about why it works is that a lot of flu and other stomach sickness only stays around more the longer you have the waste in your system. When you empty your digestive system, which rids your body of the useless junk, you are simply speeding up the process with a coffee enema. The less bad bacteria you have in your digestive system the faster the good bacteria can reproduce and get you back to feeling better without the nausea, and other symptoms. Like I said. I don't know how it all works for sure but it sure worked for me.
