Turkeygirl
I don't what it is...must not be my day. I was filling up the cat litter box with litter tonight....bend over the slightest bit to put the litter away and next thing I know my lower back goes into a big spasm....I swear I saw a flash before my eyes.... Oh man....I was hurting...I managed to get up and go lay on the living room floor with a frozen bag of peas on my back. Took 2 ibuprofen. Not as bad now but still a little uncomfortable. I WAS JUST AT THE CHIROPRACTOR YESTERDAY!!!

RangerClay
It would be hard to find someone on these forums who has more aches and pains than you Ruth. Hope you feel better! If your back starts to hurt, just poke your knee and you will forget the pain.
