rhine16
This hunt is actually from the 19th of January. My dad and I went out to the farm before our afternoon bow hunt a little early to see if we could kill a few ducks. He put his waders on and sat out in our big pond while i tried to jump the ducks off the smaller ponds to get them to fly back at him. I came up on four different small ponds and only got ducks up on one. Shot once on that one, and killed my first. Had to take a little swim to get him:eek:. When i got back to the pond my dad was at, i walked on the bank through a very densely wooded part of the pond. I got duck after duck up then, but only got off two shots. One yielded another duck. That was all i did on the hunt. My dad fired about 15 shots, and only came away with two(lost 2 others: one dove down and must've grabbed hold of a branch, the other landed out in the middle ). He was definitely in the thick of them. It was a fun hunt and they ate good also Mine are the two male woodies on the left, his are the male and female on the right
