Strut10
Sweet. Which is your favorite? Kinda like your kids..........ya love 'em all for their own special reasons. No way to pick a favorite out of these. Hang on, I'll go take a pic of my Marlin .22. Start your own thread for such silliness.
Tominator
OK, another question. If I come to the spring fling, which one do I get to shoot first?
Strut10
OK, another question. If I come to the spring fling, which one do I get to shoot first? Your choice. There may be some merit to SCOPE'rs starting small (one of the 300's) and working up. However......you're quite welcome to a "baptism by fire" if you wanna go that route, too. JJL
I got all of mine out last weekend while watching the Superbowl. 34 guns scattered on the living-room floor. They all get cleaned after shooting, however, it's just fun to get them out and "pet" them occasionally.

Well........you need to get your qualifying guns back out for another petting session & snap a family photo while yer at it.
JJL
I would if it wasn't for the fact that I've "ruffled someones feathers" and am no longer able to post pics. in here. I can get them to the gallery but they will not show up in the posts. I think that somebody put a block on me. I've even had certain Mods. try and fix it and they cannot. Censorship at the RT Forums..............who'd have thunk it??

wtnhunt
Nice guns Don. You should be able to post pics Jim. Everything in your user profile and account is set up right. There are no blocks imposed on posting pics for any members that I am aware of anyways. JJL
I'll try again........ I used to be able to post pics all the time, then one day I got some nasty PM's ...............imagine that!!!!!...........and from then on it's been nothing but RED X's. By the way..........the above pic in Charles' post is of me and Angie Dickinson at a neighborhood picnic. What a sweetheart.

Would this happen to have been around the time of the changeover? If so it may just be something you need help with. Should still be able to copy your image lines you always were and paste them into your replies here. Far as the nasty pm's, in the future should that happen it would probably be a good idea to bring that to a mods attention.
bluelund79
I still haven't gotten around to taking photos of all of my new toys that I have picked up over the past 12 months...But I did get around to getting things packed up for some range time on Saturday. Its going to be a balmy 25 degrees outside, so I am going to break in my new 300 Win Mag and break in and sight in my new DPMS AR-15. I know that it is not a MAGNUM, but it is nostalgic to me to be able to shoot one of these tools again...I'll post some reports on how the Mossberg 4x4 shoots. If it is not at 1.25" or better, its going to the trading block for something else....The upcoming weeks will have the ammo test on the 300, barrel break in on my new 30-30 and Tikka 25.06...Now its time to start looking for a new hutning pistol...Probably gonna get a Ruger or a Taurus in 44mag or 454 Casull(sp?) PA_Spike_King
Sorry it took me so long to post to this thread BUT this is what I do in the winter after all the deer and turkey seasons are over. Now I got lots of pics that I can look at so I either look at the old ones and remember what a great time I had at making the memorys and just what I can do to make new ones. The first pic is of me getting ready to go to CO in 06 with my (As Strut says Mud hole stomper) LOL, 7MM T&R Mag Here is a close up of my 7mm mag with my great hat that I get a lot of questions about when I wear it. We're really needing the weather to break around here. There's powder that needs to be burned.... hangunnr
Strut10
Scrolling through those pics should trip the primal instinct trigger of all OTPG'ers. Sweet accumulation of mudhole stompers ya got there, 'Gunnr!!

But a silver OTPG gun nevertheless. That alone makes it "special". Let's see it!!
BR44
Hey Strut, thanks for the thread! I'm still trying to get the camera back from the boy so I can get some pix to post. I haven't been sittin' around getting stir crazy this winter though. Got the BIG itches for a trip(s). Started with the idea of going on an African safari, she's a calling, but I think it's seeing the new Ruger 375 that's out that started the craving. Will have to have one of those for that trip. Then, all of a sudden, I got the rekindled hankerings for a Canadian moose hunt, OH, I'll have to get & try out one of the new Ruger 338rcm's for that trip. Hardest thing was deciding which one first. Of course, will have to get both rifles to practice first! Pretty certain the moose hunt will be the first trip, and probably next year. I will update on the shooting tests once I get things up & going.
