Guest Finn
My buddy won a CVA Optima Saturday night at a banquet. He's got a couple muzzleloaders, so is looking to sell and I'm thinking of buying it for my Dad. It's got a nickel barrel and camo stock.....50 cal....not a thumbhole. What's a fair price to offer him? Thanks.
str8shooter48
I sold a black synthetic non thumbhole / blue barrel last year for $175.00. I also won it. Sold it to a buddy. Being the gun your talking is nickel and camo I'd probably go $200 but not much more. You can buy one at Natchez Shooters supply right now for $219.95. http://www.natchezss.com/brand.cfm?brand=CV&mfgSubGroup=3425

Jeramie
Yeah that would be somewhat fair. I bought the same with the thumbhole for $225...
Chrud
I wouldn't go over $200. My cousin has one with the camo thumbhole stock and I think it was right around $200.
