Swamphunter
Looks like this may now be a "done deal" according to the paper yesterday here in my town. They printed a picture of where and how the track will be laid out. I guess the track must be completed before receiving a NASCAR stamp of apporval though, although the NASCAR officials are the ones that have been here for the last 5 years setting this up, and purchasing the surrounding properties. http://www.northcountrypublicradio.org/news/audio/80212raceway.mp3 http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qa3718/is_200306/ai_n9293165

Chrud
Get ready for another Atlanta, Texas or Charlotte. Or, maybe another Vegas, Chicago or Kansas. Why do they keep building 1 1/2 mile tracks? The fans don't get a great show and they already have most of their races on that style track. Glad your area is getting a track though. It'll probalby take over Darlington's date.
