BowJoe
Man what a race. I thought for sure Ky. Busch was gonna win the race. Him or Tony Stewart. It was anybody's race at the end that's for sure. WOW what a race.
OJR
It was a good one and the best part is that JG finished #39!! LOL!!!
Guest Finn
That was alot of fun to watch...congrats to Ryan. Thought Stewart and Kyle would catch em, but they were pretty strong.
Tominator
Decent race. Only dozed off once! Glad the Toyotas didn't win.

Ohiobucks
You know guys, I'll be honest - I tried to watch the majority of this race to see what the big draw is, and I just don't get it. Kept flipping back to golf, which I get completely. After golf was over, I stayed on the race. After the 3rd or 4th "Golly gosh darn" comment by DW, and all the restarts at the end, I've determined Nascar isn't for me at all, which I'm OK with..... BowJoe
That's a personal choice and I'm perfectly fine with that. You can't make somebody like a sport. If you like golf then so be it too. No arguments from me on anybody else's choices. Just don't cut down my choice. Not that you were. I'm just a sports buff no matter the sport. Some I would rather play than watch and some I would rather watch than play. Soccer, I don't like to play or watch. It was a boring race until the last 40 laps though. Even I admit that. Jr. was in the top 10 95% of the race though. He had a better showing than he finished. A lot of drivers did.

I'll still tune in to other races, just to see what's up, or if the commercials get too long during golf coverage. My step dad and step brother live for Nascar, a few guys I work with live and breathe it, it's just not for me.
AdvantageTimberLou
Congrats to Ryan Newman and especially to Roger Penske. One of the great car owners who has won multiple Indy 500's but finally got his first Daytona 500 win! Congrats to that whole organization, great driver and great car owner!! GobblerBuster618
Dang i was hoping for my man tony to win it but oh well it was a awesome race!
VABuckSlayer
Man I'm so happy to see Roger Penske finally win the 500. I'm a long time Rusty Wallace fan and have always pulled for the Penske cars. I don't care much for Kurt Busch but don't dislike him either. I pull for the 2 car anyway just because I did for so long. Glad Ryan finally got back to Victory Lane. It's been a while for him. Oh... and I really felt bad for Jeff Gordon too!!! LOL
craig mack
That was an awesome finish!!! I watched the whole race and thought it was very boring until the last 40 or so laps. I was pulling for my man Jeff Burton but he didnt get any help after that last caution. It was cool to see Dodge go 1-2 and I think they said 6 out of 10, I could be wrong. Just glad those toyotas didnt win. And man o man, what has Tony Stewart been eating in the off season? Homeboy got chubby.
VermontHunter
I honestly thought the Toyota's were going to win this one,, they were dominate all race long.... CONGRATS to Ryan and the Dodge on a good win..
Yellowhammer
Good race, congrats to Ryan and his team.
Chrud
Congrats to Ryan! Great to see an old dirt tracker win the 500! I was cheering for anyone besides Kyle Busch at the end. He might be exciting, but he drives way over his head. I'm surprised he didn't cause "the big one" in the 500 like he did in the truck race. Guest Turtle
Kyle Busch drives over the engineers heads, they just haven't built a car good enough for him yet.
