I got confirmation that Charles Alsheimer the white tail expert is going speak at our mens retreat for church I ask for prayer because I am not the quick witted at interacting with folks and for some reason the men in my church look up to me alot. My brother is the pastor and he truley is well educated and beyond his years. I'm not trying to keep up with him, I just feel alot of presure because I'm the one known as the great white hunter in our church. I want to see relationships grow and nurture but I am more like our father kind of on the tough side of feelings but I really do care I'm just not good at showing it. I was told that there are formal and informal leaders and I am definatley informal there's no doubt about it but I still care very much for the men of our church. I have had the pleasure of meeting him twice and his deer/spiritual program is awesome. Have you seen him before? Where is your program? I might want to attend. As for your job, just be honest and be yourself. If you try to be something other than who you really are they will see right through you and you have defeated your purpose. I also have talked to him on the phone and left me with quite the impresion. To say the least I'm looking forward to meeting him very much. I our mens retreat will be the weekend of April 11-13 on the Ponderay River at the Washington Idaho border, two little towns called Old town and Newport.
