aksheephuntress Posted February 21, 2008 Report Share Posted February 21, 2008 ........Waited for my guy to come back down from this one ridge(I had the 3-wk old baby with me),and he saw this big guy eating blue berries up on top. It was a 400 yard shot...he had to roll the bear like a dungbeetle down to the wheeler, then winch it up. The trail was steep..he rolled the wheeler...bear flew off...and he winched it back up on the front(he had a wooden box on the back-no room there). ...That bear was totally BLUE inside!!..Good eating bear.
