Tominator
......Now, there's different TYPES of enemas out there...no 2 enemas are alike. ...There's the high enema, and the low enema...depending how far up the digestive track you want to cleanse. ....Then, there are saline enemas, aloe-vera enemas, coffee enemas(that one works real good)......and wheat grass juice enemas.......the possibilities are endless. ...Once you overcome the initial fecal phobia of the idea, (oh, yeah...I forgot the Fleets enema)....life will really start to have that rosy outlook again. ...Now, it is pretty easy to obtain the specific directions for self-administering an enema...(I gtta go fix lunch,now)...and I wish you luck.....I hope you are feeling better, soon...having that flu, I know, is no fun!! ........oh, and there is a Wild Turkey enema. ybronco
I promise this will work go get a bottle of whiskey doesn't matter what kind unless your finiky fill a coffee cup about 2/3 to 3/4 of the way warm it up good and hot but don't boil it for crying out loud and drink it as quick as possible. I give you my word it works better than anything else I have ever tried. Also upon completion your ganna sleep for a little bit 5 maybe 6 hours but you will be in great shape promise. Or get a hose and get to work.

buckee
sit over a pot of boiling water and add some friar balsam to the water and sit over the pot with a towel for about 15 minutes and breath in the mist from the water and you can to that about 3 times a day, you can buy friar balsam at any health food store I tried that once and all I got was a burned butt, from sitting over the pot. The towel helped some, butt man that thing gets hot. Was I doing something wrong?

wtnhunt
Thanks guys! I really don't know about the enema thing, it seems as Andrea says, I would rather my snot come out of my nose!I have been irrigating my nose with warm salt water but it seems to not be working. I am grouchy! I hate being sick. The two hat method seems to be the option I will probably take. Now, anybody have some good homebrew? Missing baking soda from the sinus wash. Think you are supposed to use warm water with equal parts salt and baking soda. Our family physician gave us a recipe of sorts for a sinus wash several years ago, and it does seem to help some.
