huntn4bucks
Re: how\'s your waterfowel seasion going It's been okay I guess. We're still waiting on all those ducks up there to get down here. Our season ends Jan 30th so they'll probably be here the next day.
waterfowler_gal
Re: how\'s your waterfowel seasion going It's done in Minnesota. *cries!* There was a big cold front in November they hopped on... It was an ok season-not overally active. I saw a lot of trumperter swans at the last 2 weeks of the season and thought I was being attacked by dinosaurs but it turned out to be sandhill cranes....lol
carbonhunter
Re: how\'s your waterfowel seasion going Not done here yet...but close, I've got till the 31'st. Gonna hit them pretty hard the next couple of days......we have so much water here, and the weather is so warm there is no reason for them to leave. And right now, it's not looking like i'm goin to this year.(everything is flooded too much, and we don't have access to any decent areas)
Guest JupiterCoyote
Re: how\'s your waterfowel seasion going good, but I've been to Arkansas and Tennessee to hunt. haven't hunted in bama. saw a lot of birds in Ark before Christmas, and a ton of birds in TN last weekend. Covehnter
Re: how\'s your waterfowel seasion going Well it's been decent at best. . . just alot of tough luck that put a big dampener on it this year. . . but fun none the less. Somewhere b/t the transmission going out on my truck, fuel pump and drive shaft on my buddies truck, minor boat motor problems that we just figured out, knocking 2 nice holes in the boat (at different times), getting close to $300 in decoys stolen out of the boat, and hot weather/lack of ducks. . . . . . decent at best. coles
Re: how\'s your waterfowel seasion going today was our last day. even though i didnt hunt but about 15-20 times our season was anything but great. it was about average i guess but as of now there still isnt any geese that have comedown and not many ducks. the main place i hunted froze solid about 2 months ago so allthe ducks moved down to the river. so i guess but im sad its over. only 300 more days till it opens again. Guest CBU93
Re: how\'s your waterfowel seasion going The last few years have been horrible in N MS compared to years past...but this year has been even worse! There has been very little consistency, but this year, there has been no ducks. I am sure some folks are spanking them, but no one I know.
