mainebuck
Some may recall my griping on here last Aug/Sept. about my Fred Bear TRX bow and the fantastic customer service of Escalade Sports. Well, season is over and it's on its way to Gainesville, FL to get fixed up. I'll report back on the quality of lack thereof of this experience with Escalade. Hopefully they'll fix er up and send er back no charge, but I kinda doubt it.
NYBUCK
Re: bow is taking a trip on the fedex truck Don't be surprised. I shipped them my Epic Extreme when I found a cracked limb, and they replaced both limbs at no charge. They were absolutely wonderful to deal with. tedicast
Re: bow is taking a trip on the fedex truck I lost a cable clip on my 1996 Golden Eagle Ultra Evolution last season. I emailed them, and they got right back to me asking for my address. Within 3 days I got 2 clips, free of charge. I was surprised, especially being an 8 year old bow
Switchback29A1
Re: bow is taking a trip on the fedex truck Somes one person says something bad about customer service and they rag them when really it was one incident and they are actually pretty good with it? mainebuck
Re: bow is taking a trip on the fedex truck well they sure wouldn't send me anything in the mail free or charge. I needed a new limb bolt and had to pay $9 through one of the 2 pro shops in the state who could get parts from them. They sent the wrong limb bolt. Need a new cam also and they sure as heck wouldn't send one of those.
mainebuck
Re: bow is taking a trip on the fedex truck Status update. New Cam, new string, new limb bolt = $60. Not too bad considering I didn't buy the bow brand new.
